Rent Payments

A valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) is required to rent the vehicle. We accept debit card and cash only for payments at the end of the rent.

Your credit card + a valid driver's license and a credit card pre-authorization will be processed based on your estimated total and the type of coverage you select. See our coverage options here.
A prior authorization is a temporary hold and does not appear on your credit card statement unless it is used. It can be used to pay for tickets, additional kilometers, missing gasoline, etc. The pre-authorization expires automatically after 3-7 days after the car is returned.
The amount of the prior authorization will be determined by your estimated total and the coverage you select.
  • If you select a deductible of 0.00, the prior authorization will be US $ 300.00 + the total estimated rent.
  • If you select coverage with a deductible amount, the prior authorization will be the deductible amount + your estimated total amount.

Coverages

Naver Car Rentals includes third party liability coverage with all of their vehicles. This is included in the coverage for the renter and all authorized drivers. Yes, if you have a car insurance policy issued in the Republic of Mexico and if your policy includes the transferable benefit in a rental vehicle and includes a collision damage exemption. Yes, if you have selected Naver Car Rentals coverage, you will be covered for the entire duration of your car rental agreement. If you have Naver Car Rentals coverage, any driver on your rental contract will be insured. Rentals and Returns

All offices in airports and cities offer "Late Arrival Assistance" service upon request. To take advantage of this service, it is recommended to contact the rental office directly. We will do our best to please you.
If you are renting from the airport and you have provided us with your flight number, we will be informed of all delayed flights and we will wait for you until 1 hour after our closing time. If it is delayed more than one hour, your reservation will be postponed until the next day, which may result in a rate change. We ask that contact our office if you are going to be late.
